How does collection work?
- After you receive a quote and purchase product/s, as soon as the payment reflects in our bank account, our Admin department immediately starts processing your paperwork
- They contact our warehouse and prepare your order
- When your order is ready for collection we will notify you
- You may then collect your order Monday-Friday 9 am - 3pm
What are my delivery options?
No delivery is included on any of the stock online.
Please note that you may request delivery from a consultant and we will confirm the additional cost to deliver to you in South Africa.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
